Requests for return or refund must be made within 7 days of delivery. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene and food safety standards.

Product Condition for Return

Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging, with all seals, labels, and containers intact. Please include proof of purchase or the original invoice when making a return request.

Refund Process

Every batch of spices and herbs undergoes thorough inspection before dispatch. However, if an issue arises with your order:

  • You will be informed if a replacement or refund is approved.

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and verified by our quality control team.

  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect after approval.
