A simple, nourishing smoothie made with dehydrated moringa leaf powder and milk. Smooth, mild, and easy to enjoy as part of a balanced daily routine.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 teaspoon dehydrated moringa leaf powder
1 ripe banana (optional, for natural sweetness)
1 teaspoon honey or dates syrup (optional)
A few ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
Add the milk to a blender.
Sprinkle in the moringa leaf powder.
Add banana and honey if using.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
