A simple, nourishing smoothie made with dehydrated moringa leaf powder and milk. Smooth, mild, and easy to enjoy as part of a balanced daily routine.

Ingredients


  • 1 cup fresh milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 1 teaspoon dehydrated moringa leaf powder

  • 1 ripe banana (optional, for natural sweetness)

  • 1 teaspoon honey or dates syrup (optional)

  • A few ice cubes (optional)

Instructions


  1. Add the milk to a blender.

  2. Sprinkle in the moringa leaf powder.

  3. Add banana and honey if using.

  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Serving suggestion
